- Monsignor Thomas Jordan was accused of sexually abusing a male minor child on at least three occasions from approximately 1979 to 1980 when the boy was approximately 6 to 7 years old. At the time of the sexual abuse, Monsignor Jordan was assigned to Church of the Epiphany in Sayre, Pennsylvania.
- The sexual abuse by Monsignor Jordan took place in the elementary school affiliated with Church of the Epiphany. The sexual abuse included the following: Monsignor Jordan fondled the boy’s penis and testicles, skin-on-skin, and forced the boy to perform oral sex on Monsignor Jordan.
- The claim settled in 2020 in the low six figures.
