At the time of the sexual abuse, Father O’Driscoll was assigned to St. Paul’s Church in Hingham, Massachusetts, and the male child was a parishioner at the church and a student at St. Paul’s School, the parochial school affiliated with the church. The sexual abuse by Father O’Driscoll took place inside St. Paul’s School.
  • The sexual abuse by Father O’Driscoll included the following: Father O’Driscoll fondled the boy’s genitals and buttocks, skin-on-skin. Father O’Driscoll also pressed Father O’Driscoll’s crotch against the boy’s back, over their clothing.
  • The claim settled in April 2020 in the mid five figures.
