Paul was accused of sexually abusing a male minor child on one occasion in approximately 1967 when the boy was approximately 8 years old.At the time of the sexual abuse, Father Paul was a seminarian in training to become a priest of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. The sexual abuse took place on a trip to New Jersey, where Father Paul brought the claimant and several other boys.
  • The sexual abuse by Father Paul consisted of Father Paul sodomizing the boy.
