Summary:
  • Monsignor Daniel Martin was accused of sexually abusing a male minor child on one occasion in approximately 1964 when the boy was approximately 15 years old. At the time of the sexual abuse, Monsignor Martin was assigned to Elk County Christian High School in St. Mary’s, Pennsylvania, as its headmaster, and the boy was a student at the school. The sexual abuse occurred in Monsignor Martin’s office at the school.
  • The sexual abuse by Monsignor Martin included the following: Monsignor Martin made the boy pull down the boy’s pants and underwear; Monsignor Martin made the boy lay across Monsignor Martin’s lap; Monsignor Martin spanked and fondled the boy’s bare buttocks; and Monsignor Martin fondled and masturbated the boy’s penis until the boy ejaculated.
