  • The sexual abuse by Monsignor Jordan took place in the elementary school affiliated with Church of the Epiphany. The sexual abuse included the following: Monsignor Jordan fondled the boy’s penis and testicles, skin-on-skin, and forced the boy to perform oral sex on Monsignor Jordan.
