Summary:
  • Father T. Raymond Sullivan was accused of sexually abusing a male minor child on at least two occasions in approximately 1977 when the male child was approximately fourteen years old. At the time of the sexual abuse, Father Sullivan was assigned to St. Therese’s Church in Dracut, Massachusetts, and the male child was a parishioner at the church. The sexual abuse took place inside the church and in the nearby rectory affiliated with the church.
  • The sexual abuse by Father Sullivan included the following: Father Sullivan exposed Father Sullivan’s penis to the boy and told the boy to touch Father Sullivan’s penis.
  • The claim settled in January 2020 in the low five figures.

Summary:
  • Father Arthur Taraborelli was accused of sexually abusing a male minor child on approximately fifty occasions from approximately 1975 to 1976 when the male child was approximately thirteen to fourteen years old. At the time of the sexual abuse, Father Taraborelli was assigned to Our Lady of Loreto Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the boy was an altar boy at the church. The sexual abuse took place inside Our Lady of Loreto Church.
  • The sexual abuse by Father Taraborelli included the following: Father Taraborelli performed oral
    sex on the boy and forced the boy to perform oral sex on Father Taraborelli. Father Taraborelli
    also inserted his finger into the boy’s anus and sodomized the boy.
  • The claim settled in October 2019 in the low six figures.
