Summary:
  • Father Robert D. Fay was accused of sexually abusing a male minor child on at least ten occasions from approximately 1974 when the male child was approximately eight years old until approximately 1978 when the male child was approximately twelve years old. At the time of the sexual abuse, Father Fay was assigned to Incarnation of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Church in Melrose, Massachusetts, and the male child attended religious services at Incarnation of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Church. The sexual abuse took place inside the rectory of Incarnation of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Church in Melrose, MA; a small house behind Incarnation of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Church that the church used for CCD class; and in a trailer in New Hampshire.
  • The sexual abuse by Father Fay included the following: Father Fay fondling the boy’s penis and testicles skin on skin; Father Fay having the boy fondle Father Fay’s penis and testicles skin on skin; Father Fay performing oral sex on the boy; and Father Fay rubbing his penis against the boy’s buttocks.
  • The claim settled in March 2023 in the high five figures.

  • The sexual abuse by Monsignor Feenan included the following: Monsignor Feenan fondled the woman’s breasts and genitals under her clothing, skin-on-skin; and Monsignor Feenan forced the woman to masturbate Monsignor Feenan until he ejaculated.
