  • The sexual abuse by Father Healy initially took place in the rectory affiliated with Saints Cosmas and Damian Church and included the following: Father Healy fondled the girl’s breasts and vagina and forced the girl to perform oral sex on Father Healy.

  • The sexual abuse by Monsignor Heide included the following: Monsignor Heide smacked the boy’s bare buttocks with a paddle; Monsignor Heide fondled the boy’s genitals, skin-on-skin; and Monsignor Heide sodomized the boy.
