At the time of the sexual abuse, Father Hansen was serving at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in West Orange, New Jersey.
- The sexual abuse by Father Hansen consisted of Father Hansen repeatedly fondling the boy’s penis and testicles, both over the boy’s clothing and inside the boy’s clothing, skin-on-skin.
- The claimant passed away prior to the resolution of his claim.
- The claim settled on behalf of the claimant’s estate in 2020 in the high five figures. .

- Father Healy died in 1999. It appears that Father Healy was erroneously listed in the Official Catholic Directory as serving at the State Correctional Facility in Mercer until 2002.
- Father Patrick J. Healy was accused of sexually abusing a female on over 100 occasions over a period of several years beginning in approximately 1966 when the girl was approximately 17 years old. At the time the sexual abuse began, Father Healy was serving at Saints Cosmas and Damian Church in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, and the girl was a student at the affiliated Saints Cosmas and Damian High School in Punxsutawney.
- The sexual abuse by Father Healy initially took place in the rectory affiliated with Saints Cosmas and Damian Church and included the following: Father Healy fondled the girl’s breasts and vagina and forced the girl to perform oral sex on Father Healy.
- The claim settled in 2020 in the low six figures. .

- Monsignor Herman Heide was accused of sexually abusing a male minor child on approximately 100 occasions from approximately 1967 to 1969 when the male child was approximately ten to twelve years old. At the time of the sexual abuse, Monsignor Heide was assigned to St. Joseph’s Church in New York, New York, and the boy was an altar boy at the church and a student at the parochial school affiliated with the church. The sexual abuse took place in the sacristy inside St. Joseph’s Church and inside St. Joseph’s School.
- The sexual abuse by Monsignor Heide included the following: Monsignor Heide smacked the boy’s bare buttocks with a paddle; Monsignor Heide fondled the boy’s genitals, skin-on-skin; and Monsignor Heide sodomized the boy.
- The claim settled in February 2020 in the low six figures.
