  • Father Ernest Karl Huller was accused of sexually abusing a female minor child on two occasions in approximately 1964 when the girl was approximately 17 years old. At the time of the sexual abuse, Father Huller was assigned to Cathedral High School in Springfield,
    Massachusetts, as a teacher and guidance counselor, and the girl was a student at the school.
  • The sexual abuse by Father Huller included the following: Father Huller fondled the girl’s breasts and squeezed her buttocks, over her clothing.

  • The sexual abuse by Father Kane included the following: Father Kane fondled the boy’s genitals, skin-on-skin, and fondled the boy’s buttocks, skin-on-skin.
